Angel made me feel supported from the time we first met her to weeks after our baby was born when she continued to check in and offer support.  Her calm presence during and after the birth of our daughter was a comfort to both me and my husband. She is an amazing listener and was great at sensing our needs from the very start. 

She offered resources on how to prepare our older sibling for a new baby; she was prepared with aromatherapy, massage and other techniques to ease the pain of a non-medicated labor; she held my hair back when the pain of contractions caused me to vomit; she offered her hand for me to squeeze as I pushed; she accompanied us from the birth center to the hospital when I needed stitching, making sure that I was comfortable; she ran out to get my husband and I a meal right after the baby was born; she checked on us during those first days back home, helping to troubleshoot breastfeeding challenges. 

From the pregnancy to the postpartum stage, Angel was there every step of the way to support our whole family, making the entire birth experience extremely positive for the whole family!

Being pregnant for the first time can definitely be scary and nerve racking, especially during these uncertain times due to covid. I knew that I wanted the extra support and knowledge and decided to hire a doula. I got lucky enough to work with Angel and she was absolutely wonderful. Angel's name represents exactly who she is, a real life angel! 

Her presence made my husband and I feel so much more at ease and you could tell that she genuinely cares. She made sure I had everything I needed in order to feel comfortable, from making sure I stayed hydrated to a simple back rub. She would hold my hand during contractions while reassuring me with all the positive things a woman in labor needs to hear. She was everything I needed and my experience could not have gone any better! I highly recommend Angel, you won’t regret it!

Wow! I don't know where to begin before I write this. Before I knew I was pregnant I've always said to wanted doula. So once I found out I was I pregnant I made it my duty to find a doula that would be committed to me and my baby throughout the process and even after. I didn't go through a whole list of doulas before I found Angel. I was given a flyer with her information and  it went from there. From the moment she became my doula she was literally by my side every step of the way up until the time of gave birth. Every question or thought I had about pregnancy and childbirth she answered it thoroughly. Even some questions that may seemed silly to me when I brought them to her she made me feel confident as a new mom while learning what my body was going through each week of my pregnancy. I loved how she showed up for me each week during our monthly visits, dr appointments etc. Anytime I felt off/moody she was right there letting me know that everything would be ok and what I was experiencing was normal. I really loved how she supported my birthing plan and advocated for things I did & didn't while giving me the reassurance that in the deliver room I am the boss & I have a right to be seen & heard. I absolutely couldn't not imagine going through my pregnancy without her. If I were to do this again (which I'm not lol) I would definitely want Angel to be there all over again. Anytime throughout my pregnancy where I felt down or unsure Angel was always there to uplift & encourage me that I was doing a good, focus on what my baby's birthday would be like and that my baby would be happy to have a mom like me, & that I was making the right choice for the both of us. I'm getting a little emotional as I continue to type this and think back the memories we shared and all of our conversations so I'll wrap this up. Last but not least I want to say I'm 100% thankful that I found Angel and she was apart of my birthing experience and I don't think I could have done this without you. Thank you so much! This is definitely your calling ❤️

Angel is fantastic! We hired her to help us give our EBF, almost 3 month old a bottle (he wouldn't take it from us) and in minutes he was taking a bottle from Angel. We loved her attention to detail, loving and warm personality and her desire to learn, so much that we hired her for additional help for a few months more. I not only undoubtedly trusted Angel with our son, but knew he was growing and changing in such a positive way in part because of her keen attention to him and his needs. While she was hired to be supportive of our son, she exceeded my expectations by supporting me in my postpartum and breastfeeding journey. We were sad when she had to move away, but we'll forever stay in contact with her as she was such an integral part of our sons early days.

When I found out I was pregnant, I conducted tons of research to find the best doctor and hospital. But the thought of having a doula never crossed my mind. I was even approached by a doula I knew but the thought of a semi-stranger attending the birth of my unborn child was overwhelming. 

I decided I didn't need a doula. 

Enters Angel…I found her posts on social media about mental health, physical health, and birth to be intentional, supportive, and welcoming. I sent her a message about my pregnancy and the rest is history—Angel became my virtual doula. She supported me throughout my pregnancy and postpartum by recommending effective resources and equipping me with the tools to advocate for myself. Angel is the reason I felt strong enough to ask questions and push back when doctors made recommendations without consulting me. 

I worked up until the day I went into labor and Angel worked with my schedule to fit in exercises and activities to help my husband and me prepare for labor. During labor, I used language Angel had given me to keep a level head and to steer the direction of my daughter's birth. I am so grateful for her and would recommend her to anyone. 

No matter what stage of life you're in, Angel meets you where you are and equips you with the tools to advocate for yourself. She is mindful, kind, and patient and truly a blessing to women navigating the birthing experience. A doula was everything I didn't know I needed. 

We decided to hire a doula because we wanted a more personalized and holistic approach in addition to the standard treatment that is offered by an OBGYN. Angel introduced us to everything that a doula provides for my pregnancies in 2019 and 2020. 

Through virtual sessions offering tips on meditation, parenting recommendations, baby led weaning tips--Angel covers is it all. We are very appreciative of the support and continued guidance that Angel provides and would definitely recommend her for anyone looking for a doula.

Having a doula was so important to me during my pregnancy and birth. Choosing Angel was an easy choice not only because she's knowledgeable but also because she loves what she does. Her care during the entire pregnancy and birth was unmatched. She discussed my concerns after doctor's visits and demonstrated exercises to manage discomfort during birth. The beautiful thing is, her care didn’t stop there. She made soups and dishes that were packed with nutrition and love. I recommend Angel whenever I can to expecting mothers as a doula and as a resource because she is the best at what she does.

I was very nervous about adjusting to a new life with my first baby so I decided to look into some postpartum help. Angel was so incredible and really helped me transition into all things motherhood so smoothly. She assisted me with breastfeeding, helped with general newborn care and offered a supportive ear to my concerns & worries during those first few weeks. I can't imagine how that time would have been without her. I would highly recommend Angel to anyone looking for a sweet, supportive and knowledgeable person to help them through birth or postpartum!

It took me a little minute to write this review because, motherhood, but please believe, EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE AN ANGEL! My journey with Angel started late in my pregnancy around 34 weeks while I transitioned to a new provider after being disrespected in my most vulnerable time. I honestly didn't even want to return to a OBGYN. I just wanted a doula that could give me tools to have a home birth. Although home birth was not apart of my final plan, Angel was, and I'm so thankful. Angel gave me the tools I needed to advocate for myself. She gave me a sense of confidence when being approached with difficult decisions in my time of delivery. She provided me with affirmations that led me right into my final push. "My baby is the perfect size for my body." The greatest part of my experience with Angel, was her not only being my doula, but the doula for my partner as well. Many men don't get tools, or get left in the background not really knowing how to support their partner. Angel included my partner in every aspect of my birth experience. Ryland will be 4 months old this week, and he was brought into this world in a loving, serene environment that was inspired by the tools that Angel provided. EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE AN ANGEL!
