A free phone consultation can help you decide what type of support you desire:

• One 1-hour virtual session of Just the Essentials to prepare for childbirth.

• Three virtual sessions (one-hour each) to shift your mindset and prepare your body for birth, practice comfort measures, and learn the basics of thriving with a newborn. 

• A virtual doula package to provide you with continuous support during your labor in addition to two prenatal sessions (one-hour each).
